CLUB Z …an exciting and fun new place to come!!!

CLUB Z parties are currently being held at the new garden apartment complex of your hosts.  The facilities may be small right now, but it is still a fun new place that provides an upscale, discrete, non-pressure atmosphere where our members and guests can meet others with similar interests, socialize and play at your level of comfort. You will find a very sensual, inviting and intimate private residential party environment and atmosphere - unlike any other club experience in the Central Ohio area currently. Our current location is designed to provide an intimate “house party” experience with a highly diverse, interracial and friendly group of professional people in almost 2,000 square feet of floor area.

Because we are a private club, we do not sell liquor. You are welcome to bring your own bottle (BYOB). We will provide you with coke, pepsi, diet coke, sprite, mountain dew, orange juice, cranberry juice, soda water, tonic water, ice, etc.  All alcoholic beverages are to be consumed inside the club. No open containers are to be removed from the club. No drug use will be tolerated in the club, period. We will have special themes and costume parties like Halloween, Valentines, New Years, Luau and much more. Click on the CALENDAR link for upcoming events.

CLUB Z’s Future New Home

The future location of CLUB Z will offer a very secluded and sensually charged atmosphere for fun and relaxation. It will be unlike any other club that you have seen. The new CLUB Z will have over 6,000 square foot of floor area devoted to lifestyle entertaining. It will be located on a beautiful secluded rural 6-acre wooded lot, the house will sit back over 1,700 feet from the road, in a rural area in the Greater Columbus area. It will be accessed from a long winding drive and will be nestled in the woods adjacent to a 1/3-acre private pond. There will be ample secure lighted parking. The house will be a very unique custom architect designed house. Your host being that architect. It will be a highly contemporary ranch style home that is totally designed with lifestyle entertaining in mind. It will be stucco sided with a standing seam metal roof with lots of sliding glass doors and skylights. When you arrive at the club you will approach the entry over a granite paved  bridge spanning a 25-foot wide by 72-foot long Koi fish filled reflecting pond with fountains. Your hosts will greet you personally at the door. The atmosphere will be very tranquil and inviting with numerous other water features including the entry reflecting pond, a dramatic indoor multilevel cascading water fall, another reflecting pond off of the entertainment patio and sun room with a rock water fall and finally a feature 1/3 acre private pond with a fountain that is the focal point of the entire rear of the club. Also off the entertainment patio will be a cozy “fire pit” and comfortable outdoor seating.  

The interior of the club will just take your breath away. The lighting has been designed to be very romantic and seductive. There will be a dance floor area to accommodate 24-28 people in the Great Room of the club. The socialization area will also feature a 12 person custom “conversation pit”  with fabulous lighting effects. The club will also feature a game area with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and dartboard.  You will also find a glass covered screened hot tub area with a 6-8 person hot tub for your seductive bathing pleasure. We have decided to keep the guest size small, even after the move into the new club home. We will limit the parties to no more than 50-75 guests to insure that we maintain the intimate private “House Party” atmosphere and experience. 

The unofficial center of the party will be the kitchen and bar area. As always, like in our current location,  it is the hub of the activity at the club. Complimentary soft drinks and mixers will be provided. We will also provide a wide variety of complimentary hot food and snacks all evening. Breakfast will be served to all of our overnight guests, as it always has been when we started hosting parties almost 6 years ago..  

When you are ready for some real fun. You will be able to  experience the play areas of the club and enter another interesting world. The play areas of the club will accommodate up to 30 people at one time. It will feature a special lounge and socialization area and fantasy play space. There will be more open play areas for 12-16 people. There will also be several semi-private play areas for 4-6 people each. Try some of the toys that will also be provided, including a sibian massager…..ummmmmm. Everything that you and your partner want to experience, in this very erotic setting. And for those people that prefer a more private experience. In another area of the club you will find two private play rooms that accommodate 2-4 people each.

Your hosts finally sold their house in Cleveland in June 2008. We are starting site preparation for the new house in the summer/fall of 2008, construction in the spring of 2009 and be complete in the spring/summer 2010. We will keep you posted on our progress.
