Once we have received  your membership application, we will contact you via phone, to conduct a phone interview with all prospective members (both people, if it is a couple). Upon the mutual agreement of your hosts and you that your membership in the club will be mutually beneficial and agreeable to both you and CLUB Z; you will receive an email from your hosts confirming your membership in the club, pending payment of any applicable club dues. You will also receive via the email your confirmation of membership and we will add you to our master list to receive the regular Evites to the parties the month you join and then on a monthly basis unless you request to be removed from our master Evite list. You will be able to confirm your attendance to the parties through our Evite invitation system.   

Your membership will be finalized  once you have produced a valid ID, if requested by your hosts to confirm that you are over the age of 21. By submitting this form you are acknowledging your agreement and acceptance of all of the Membership Conditions shown on the web site. By accepting a membership in CLUB Z, you agree to honor and accept all of the clubs Membership Conditions shown on the web site.
