Hello and welcome to the CLUB Z Membership page.

You have finally found the place you have been looking for! A classy place to mingle with other diverse like-minded people in an erotic environment with absolutely no pressure, no expectations, just great food, music, dancing and fun. 

We welcome new members to our private club environment. Before you can make reservations to one of our parties, you must become a member of CLUB Z. To become a member you are required to complete a confidential membership application on- line  which will be validated by your signature and proof of age (Driver’s License) at the time of your first visit to the club. You must apply for membership and make reservations by 3pm of the day you plan to visit the club. Our Members are our best assets and we only allow Membership to those who share the interests, goals and objectives of CLUB Z. We never finalize membership agreements over the internet! Final membership agreements must be signed in person at the club. Once your membership is approved you may make reservations to the party or parties you wish to attend. We request that members respect others, have impeccable manners, dress in a comfortable and appealing way and last but certainly not least, enjoy themselves immensely. We welcome you to come and explore your fantasies at one of the finest private “house party” style interracial clubs in the Midwest, where discretion, good food, great fun and enjoyment of the lifestyle is paramount.

Once you fill out the application we will contact you, via your contact preference that you selected on the application form, to schedule a phone interview with all prospective members (both people, if it is a couple). The purpose of the phone interview is to assure both you and the hosts of CLUB Z that your membership will be mutually beneficial and agreeable to both you and CLUB Z. All information on the application and agreement are kept completely  confidential and no information is released under any circumstances. Once you are accepted into the club and receive your membership number, you will able to make online reservations to any private function we have from the privacy of your home computer or by phone. You will also receive a membership card, for the current calendar year, with your membership number upon your first visit to the club. Your membership in the club must be renewed annually, at the beginning of each calendar year.

We limit membership to only a few select single males, who are guests of couples that are members. It has clearly been expressed by our members that they do not want  large numbers of single guys at the parties. In deference to our members, we will continue limit membership to a select number of single males. We also will limit the number of single guys invited to each party. Our goal is to have an equal number of males and females, either as couples or single males and females. In order for single males attend parties, they must be an invited guest of a member couple who is also attending that party.  At every party we strive to have no more than 2 or 3 more total single males  than total single females. This way we maintain a good mix and balance of  males and females.

 Because we are very busy on the day of the parties, unfortunately we may not be available to call you back immediately. Please try to plan ahead to avoid this if possible. During that day we are making sure the food is all cooked and the club is ready to make your experience a wonderful one. We will make every effort  to call you  back as soon as we can though. Sometimes it is a challenge when we are getting ready for the  party.

At The Current CLUB Z Location

Couples

·     CLUB Z will continue to waive the calendar year membership fee as noted below in our “Special Offers”.

      The event fee  for couples on Saturday  is $30.00.

Single Females

     CLUB Z will continue to waive the calendar year membership fee as noted below in our “Special Offers”.

      The event fee  for single females on Saturday is always FREE.

Single Males

      CLUB Z will continue to waive the calendar year membership fee as noted below in our “Special Offers”.

      The event fee for single males on Saturday is $40.00. Single males will only be allowed to attend parties if they are an invited guest that night of a member couple of CLUB Z.

At CLUB Z’s Future New Home Location

Because of our anticipated higher operating costs and the additional amenities we plan to have for your enjoyment at the new home location we will have to implement the calendar year membership fees and slightly adjust the party event fees when we move to the new location to defray some of these additional costs and insure that we can afford to continue to provide you the best interracial party experience available anywhere in the country. Even at the proposed adjusted fees, CLUB Z will remain one of the lowest priced lifestyle parties anywhere and provide the best value for what we offer available at any other lifestyle club.  

Couples

·     CLUB Z will offer a calendar year membership for just $40.00. 

      The event fee for member couples on Saturday will be $40.00. 

Single Females

      CLUB Z will offer a calendar year membership for just $20.00.

      The event fee for member single females on Saturday will always be FREE.

Single Males

      CLUB Z will offer a calendar year membership for just $50.00. Single males will only be allowed membership if they are sponsored by a member couple of CLUB Z.

      The event fee for member single males on Saturday will be $50.00.

      Single males will only be allowed to attend parties if they are an invited guest that night of a member couple of CLUB Z

SPECIAL OFFERS

      Regular Club Membership

      As an incentive to our club members until we open the new club, we are continuing to offer discounted CLUB Z memberships for 2008 and 2009. Apply for your CLUB Z Membership through the web site this year and next and your membership fees for 2008 and 2009 will be waived.  We have decided to continue to waive the membership fees until we finish and move into the new location. The regular membership fees will be assessed beginning in 2010 when we will  be moving into the new place. So, take advantage of this special offer and join CLUB Z now.

       Introductory Charter Lifetime Membership

      As another incentive to our long time friends, current club members and new club members, until we open the new club, we are offering a limited opportunity for you to become Charter Lifetime Members to CLUB Z. Charter Lifetime Memberships will begin January 1, 2010 and will be valid as long as we operate CLUB Z. We have been doing parties now for 7 years and we plan to continue doing them for many more years to come. As Charter Lifetime Members you will not be required to pay any future annual membership fees.

      The Charter Lifetime Membership fees will be:

Couples:                     $100 single payment, or $120 for installment payments

Single Females:       $40 single payment, or $50 for installment payments

Single Males:            $125 single payment, or $150 for installment payments

You can sign up to be Charter Lifetime Members, in advance, now until we open the new club. The fees can be paid as a one-time payment, or done in installments, up to the date of our first party in the new location. The first party in the new location is currently planned for June, 2010. So you have until then to take advantage of this fantastic special offer.

Once the new club is open, we plan to no longer offer lifetime memberships. Only regular annual memberships will be available. We decided to extend this special offer to all of you who have been long-time friends and supporters of our parties, and us, to thank you and allow you to continue to come to our parties for years to come with special recognition and privileges. And, for those prospective new members, we want to also give you an opportunity to get in on the ground floor, for what we know will be known as the premier interracial lifestyle club in the country.

Additional Charter Lifetime Membership Privileges

·        You will pay no ongoing future annual membership fees.

·     You will always pay normal party event fees, even  for special parties and events that may have higher event fees for those parties.

·        You will be welcome to come to the party free of charge the month that you celebrate your birthday each year as our guests. This applies to both members of a couple and for single males. Single females will already attend free of charge.

·        You will have the first opportunity to request the assignment to the prime overnight sleeping accommodations we will have the night of the parties.

·         Special membership cards and name badges designating you as a Charter Lifetime Member.

Membership Conditions

1.You must be 21 years of age or older to become a Member of the CLUB Z

2. Upon entering the club and/or the property, you must be free of all controlled substances and or illegal drugs. No drugs or illegal paraphernalia of any kind are permitted on premise. The use of any illegal substance, before attending or during our parties will result in eviction from the premises and permanent cancellation of your membership.

3. You are here of our own free will.

4. You, as a Member of CLUB Z, certify that free expression among consenting adults is not offensive to you in any way and that you recognize the constitutional rights of all CLUB Z members and that you are not using this membership under any false pretenses and that you are not part of any law enforcement agency using your membership as submission for entrapment of CLUB Z and the hosts and members and anyone associated with CLUB Z.

5. You are not religious persons intent upon harassment or upon imposing our religious ideas or beliefs onto anyone.

6. All members and prospective new members warrant and represent that they are not a reporter nor work for any publication, radio station or television station and are not from any media whose intent is to malign, harass, embarrass or destroy any person's name, character or livelihood and that they are not obtaining information for public information or exposure.

7. You agree with the policies of CLUB Z as to "any reason for an apology is reason for not being here", that "No means No", and "to be polite and considerate of others privacy".

8. Any damage occurred by you due to malicious behavior will be compensated to CLUB Z and/or to whom it may effect.

9. You understand by submitting your application, you agree with these membership conditions and you understand that we are not liable for any costs or actions undertaken or against CLUB Z.

10. As a member of CLUB Z, you agree to be respectful, courteous, law abiding and friendly at all times.

11. All prospective new members must email a completed Membership Application 24 hours prior to the night they are requesting to attend. CLUB Z is a Private Club for Members Only and is not open to the Public. If you have any questions please call us at 614.361.5900. Please do not come to the club if you have not been invited.

12. No member can bring the following items into the Club: Cameras, Video Recorders, Tape Recorders any type of recording device, radio and or transmitting devices or weapons. In the event a member brings a banned device into the Club, they will immediately forfeit their membership. The Club may pursue any legal remedy, at the expense of the offending member, available in order to preserve the rights of CLUB Z and all its members.

13. No member shall engage in prostitution and or be employed as an escort, or solicit sexual acts for money or receive money for any sexual act whatsoever. No member will encourage or request other members to engage in such activities.

14. At all times, all members must consume alcohol or have an open container, within the building only. Any CLUB Z  member found to be intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises, immediately, by Taxi.

15. Any member or group of members must first ask permission to touch another individual member or group of members. Touching another member or group of members without their permission is cause for revoking your membership

16. CLUB Z reserves the right to ask anyone to leave as well as revoke the membership of any person who becomes obnoxious, unruly, engages in any illegal acts, casts aspersions on the integrity of CLUB Z, or in any way is deemed by the hosts of CLUB Z to be of Non-Member Status.

17. If CLUB Z must employ an attorney to defend the hosts of CLUB Z because of an alleged violation by a member of CLUB Z and or any person associated with CLUB Z, the member agrees to hold harmless the hosts of the CLUB Z and agrees to pay all costs of the hosts of CLUB Z’s legal fees associated with this action. All claims or disputes arising out of the membership agreement shall be settled by an arbitrator in Franklin or Delaware Counties, Ohio to be determined by the hosts of CLUB Z.

18. WAIVER AND RELEASE: You as a member of CLUB Z release all liability regarding CLUB Z hosts, all members of CLUB Z, all volunteers at CLUB Z, and any and all groups and individuals associated with CLUB Z. All members agree that if you engage in any physical activity, you do so at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, your use of the any of the facilities, including but not limited to, hot tub, shower, patios/decks, sidewalk or any equipment available for use during the time that the member is on the premises and your participation in any activity. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using these activities and using these facilities and premises and assume all risk of injury to you or the contraction of any illness of medical condition that might result, or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property. You agree on behalf of yourself and your personal representative, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns, to release and discharge us and our agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of our negligence. This Waiver and Release of liability includes without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of (a) your use of any facilities which may malfunction or break, (b) our improper maintenance of any facilities, (c) our negligent supervision and (d) you slipping or falling while on the premises. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You are waiving any right that you may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against us for our negligence.

19. I am solely responsible for my actions. The parties hereto agree to the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that they fully understand the obligations set forth.

20. I will exit from CLUB Z immediately if I am in any way offended.

21. CANCELLATION POLICY: All Members should change their Evite responses and give notice of their change within 24 hours of a party. This will allow us to allow those on the waiting list to attend and for us to better plan for food, etc.
