How To Make Party Reservations

Existing Members

OK....lets get this party started. Click on the link below to see the current party calendar. If you are an active member of CLUB Z you know that we handle the party reservations using the Evite party invitation system. That is how we have done it since we started giving parties in 2002. And, it seems to work well for everyone. We tried to do the reservations through the web site but it never caught on well. So we have figured that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". We will continue to send out the Evites monthly to all active club members and have members make party reservations through Evite, or call us and we will talk you through making your reservations.

If you are already a member of the club:

1. Go to the CALENDAR page
2. This will bring up the page where you may see the party theme and read more about all of the year's parties.
3. If you see a party you are interested in just email us or call us to let us know what party you want to attend.
4. We will add you to our Master Party List and you will receive email Evites to that party and to all of our future parties.
5. All existing members who are on our Evite list know that the parties fill up quickly. And, that once we reach approximately 50-60 or so confirmed guests we start a waiting list to insure that the parties do not get too large for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
6. We  only add guests on the waiting list if we have cancellations below the target 55 or so confirmed guests. We have found this to be the only fair way to manage the party sizes for everyone's benefit. We provide all the details of how we manage the waiting list thru the Evite system.

New Members

If you are a NEW MEMBER, you will need to fill out the new member application and wait for a response from your  CLUB Z hosts.  We suggest if you are perspective new member that you fill out the application at least two weeks before any party date. 

1. Before you can make reservations to one of our parties, you must apply for a membership. Click on the MEMBERSHIP link to find out about becoming new members.
2. You must be a valid member to make reservations to a party and no one is allowed entry to the CLUB Z without a valid membership.
3. Once you have become a member of the club we will explain how we handle party invitations and reservations in detail.
